Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Luxe Balloons Studio. Please review these Terms & Conditions before booking our services.
1. Booking & Payment
Your event date is considered reserved only after the required payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed by Luxe Balloon Studio. Pricing, payment amounts, and payment deadlines will be provided in your proposal or invoice. The Client is responsible for making all required payments by the stated due dates.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify Luxe Balloon Studio as soon as possible. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms will be based on the terms provided with your booking and applicable California law. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional costs.
3. Design & Color
All balloon installations are handmade and customized for each event. Slight variations in balloon size, placement, color, shape, and overall appearance may occur. Inspiration photos are used as design references and do not guarantee an exact replica. Balloon colors may also vary depending on lighting, photography, screens, and product availability.
4. Design Changes & Add-Ons
Reasonable design changes may be accommodated when possible. Changes requested after materials have been purchased or preparation has begun may result in additional charges. Additional balloons, décor, rentals, delivery, installation, or other services not included in the original proposal may require an additional fee.
5. Delivery & Setup
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event and venue information and ensuring that Luxe Balloon Studio has reasonable access to the venue at the scheduled setup time. Venue restrictions, parking requirements, vendor fees, special access requirements, or other venue policies should be communicated before the event whenever possible. Delays caused by the Client, venue, other vendors, traffic, or restricted access may affect the setup schedule.
6. Outdoor Events & Weather
Outdoor balloon décor is affected by environmental conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, and moisture. Luxe Balloon Studio cannot guarantee the same appearance or lifespan for outdoor installations as for indoor installations. If weather conditions create a safety or quality concern, Luxe Balloon Studio may recommend modifying or relocating the installation.
7. Rental Items
Rental items remain the property of Luxe Balloon Studio unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients and guests may not move, dismantle, modify, or damage rental equipment. The Client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for rental items that are lost or damaged during the event, subject to applicable law.
8. Safety
Balloons and event décor are decorative items and should be kept away from flames, candles, heaters, sharp objects, and other hazards. Children should be supervised around balloons. Broken balloons may present a choking hazard. The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment after installation.
9. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate event and venue information, communicate important changes promptly, make required payments on time, provide reasonable venue access, follow venue and safety requirements, and treat Luxe Balloon Studio’s team, décor, and rental equipment with respect.
10. Photos & Marketing
Luxe Balloon Studio may photograph completed installations for its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your event décor not be photographed or used for promotional purposes, please notify Luxe Balloon Studio in writing before the event.
11. Changes Caused by Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Luxe Balloon Studio will make reasonable efforts to provide the services agreed upon. However, circumstances such as severe weather, venue closure, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control may require changes to the services or schedule.
12. Agreement
By submitting an inquiry, approving a proposal, making a payment, or signing a Client Service Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review the applicable Terms & Conditions and agrees to the terms applicable to their booking.
These Terms & Conditions are intended to establish clear expectations between Luxe Balloon Studio and its clients and do not waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
